Humongous will open its eighth branch at Atidim Park Tel Aviv in March 2027, with an investment of more than NIS 6 million, around 100 seats, an outdoor area and more than 30 employees.

Burger chain Humongous is coming to Tel Aviv for the first time. Its eighth branch will open in March 2027 at Atidim Park Tel Aviv, a business park in north Tel Aviv. It will occupy approximately 360 square metres, with an additional outdoor area. The branch will have around 100 seats and employ more than 30 people, with an investment of more than NIS 6 million.

From seven branches to Tel Aviv

Humongous currently operates seven branches, from Beersheba to Kiryat Motzkin, and has around 40,000 loyalty club members. Tens of thousands of diners visit its branches or order from the chain each month.

The move into Tel Aviv follows years in which Humongous has built a loyal following and a distinctive culinary identity. Over the years, the chain has developed more than 20 different burgers, including dishes that have become part of its identity, such as the Italian, French, Philadelphia and Mexican burgers.

The burgers are made daily from ground Argentinian beef. Alongside its regular menu, the chain continues to develop new dishes and limited editions as part of its approach to continually evolving food.

Bringing the Humongous experience to the city

“Tel Aviv marks a significant step in the development of Humongous,” say Gal Bachar, owner and CEO, and Tal Bachar, owner and Head of Experience at Humongous. “It is a competitive, diverse and dynamic restaurant market, so it was important for us to enter it when we felt ready to do it our way. We do not want to change Humongous to fit Tel Aviv, but to bring Tel Aviv what makes Humongous what it is: food that keeps surprising people, humour, atmosphere and a real sense of experience. For us, this is where experiences are served.”

The new branch will also operate in the evenings and on weekends, serving different audiences throughout the day: employees and visitors at Atidim Park Tel Aviv, residents of Tel Aviv and the surrounding area, and people coming as part of a day or night out.

Part of Atidim Park’s development

The opening fits into the development of Atidim Park Tel Aviv as a small city within the big city, an urban space combining work, commerce, food, leisure and services as part of the “15-minute city” concept.

Eyal Green, CEO of Atidim Park Tel Aviv, says: “The arrival of Humongous at Atidim Park Tel Aviv, the business city within the big city, is part of our belief that a business park should be much more than a place people come to work. We want to create a lively urban space here, where people can work, eat, meet, spend time and enjoy themselves throughout the day. The connection with Humongous is natural for us, because it brings a following, energy and a very distinctive experience, and that is exactly the kind of offering we want to add to this space.”
