OPEN PROCESS #2 is scheduled for Friday, October 23, from noon to 16:00 at HaTchiya 14 in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Performances, an open jam, an installation and selected open workspaces form a free programme requiring neither a ticket nor registration. Workshops are booked and paid for separately.

That distinction makes it possible to visit without committing to a class. Buying a craft-workshop ticket is a separate choice, rather than an admission requirement for the surrounding free programme. All times are Israel local time.

What visitors can attend for free

The organisers’ programme on the ticketing pages lists three live performances in the central courtyard and an open jam led by Eitan Shamir. An installation by Shiri Knaani and Chen Wiener is intended to develop during the event.

Selected workspaces and businesses will also open their doors. This does not establish that every studio will be open throughout the four-hour window. Visitors should expect access to participating spaces rather than a guaranteed tour of every part of the complex.

Workshops have their own tickets

The botanical-banner workshop with Noa Alon is listed at NIS 120 at the regular price, starting at 13:00 in studio 125. It is intended for teenagers and adults, lasts about 90 minutes and includes materials. Participants work from observing and drawing a botanical object to painting their own fabric banner.

Other listings include sewing and fabric creation with Liat Manor at a regular NIS 120, and embroidery with Shani Spivak at a regular NIS 180. The embroidery listing includes a shirt and working materials. Each activity has its own booking page; there is no basis for treating one purchase as a ticket to all workshops.

Some practical details conflict across listings. Individual booking pages and secondary schedules give different start times, while two workshops are assigned the same studio at overlapping times. Confirm the time, duration and room with the organiser before paying, particularly if planning more than one session.

Digitel holders should check the final price

The workshop pages advertise a benefit for holders of Digitel, Tel Aviv-Yafo’s resident-benefits programme. Their instructions say to enter the holder’s Israeli identity number in the benefit-code field and submit it before proceeding to card payment.

The final discount amount has not been confirmed against the municipal benefit terms. Check that the benefit has been accepted and inspect the displayed purchase total rather than assuming a reduced price found in an external event list will apply.

Accessibility needs a session-specific check

The address is 14 HaTchiya Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo - התחייה 14. The botanical and sewing booking pages label their events as not accessible to disabled visitors. The embroidery listing does not provide a meaningful accessibility assurance. These entries do not establish a consistent access arrangement for the entire complex.

Visitors who need step-free access or another accommodation should check the route to the specific space before travelling. No special parking arrangement, event shuttle or verified accessible walking route was established in the information reviewed.

The botanical workshop’s GoShow page, in Hebrew, carries both its booking details and the wider free programme. The HaTchiya 14 website provides information about the venue. Visitors attending only the open programme do not need to buy that workshop.
